Using Dartford Foodbank

When you enter the church building at Spital Street, Dartford, you will be greeted and sent to one of our Foodbank hosts, whom you can identify very easily, as they will be wearing green Foodbank clothing.

They will then sign you into the system and take your information. Please note; that you will need to Live in Dartford and bring with you some form of ID, like your passport or driving licence. You will also need to bring with you copies of your benefit entitlement or referral letters (phone copies accepted).

Once you have been checked in, you will then be directed to our waiting lounge, where you can relax and have a nice cup of tea or coffee while you wait. Then a Foodbank Host will call your dedicated number and direct you to our shop, where you can choose your shopping items with a member of our team.

We have a variety of food and essential items in stock for you to choose from. Please bear in mind that stock changes due to donation levels and we are only able to offer what we have in stock.

You can also park in the local town center car parks or in Prospect place which has 2hrs free if you are shopping there.
